01 Check-in & Check-out
Guests are requested to follow the standard check-in and check-out timings communicated at the time of booking.
- Early check-in is subject to availability.
- Late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
- Guests should complete the required check-in formalities upon arrival.
02 Guest Identification
Guests may be required to provide valid identification documents during check-in as required by applicable regulations.
The information provided during booking should match the details provided at check-in.
03 Room Occupancy
Guests must stay within the maximum occupancy permitted for the selected room or accommodation.
- Additional guests should be informed to the Amaya Stay team in advance.
- Visitors may be subject to property rules and availability.
- Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.
04 Respect for Others
Amaya Stay is intended to provide a peaceful environment for guests and the local community.
- Please keep noise at a reasonable level.
- Avoid disturbing other guests.
- Respect local residents and their privacy.
05 Smoking & Alcohol
Guests must follow the designated rules and applicable laws regarding smoking, alcohol and other activities.
Smoking should only be carried out in permitted areas. Guests are requested to avoid activities that may disturb other guests or create a safety risk.
06 Property & Damages
Guests are requested to treat rooms, furniture, equipment and other property facilities with care.
Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence may be chargeable to the guest.
07 Children & Families
Children are welcome at Amaya Stay. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the property.
Extra beds, child arrangements or other requirements should be discussed with the team before arrival.
08 Pets
Pet availability may depend on the selected accommodation and property conditions. Guests should contact Amaya Stay before booking if they plan to travel with a pet.
09 Outdoor Activities
Amaya Stay may offer or arrange experiences such as nature walks, trekking, hiking, spiritual tours, wellness activities and other outdoor experiences.
Guests should follow instructions provided by guides or activity coordinators and take reasonable precautions according to their personal fitness and circumstances.
10 Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, electronic devices and important documents during their stay.
11 Safety & Environment
Guests are requested to respect the natural surroundings of the Himalayan region.
- Do not litter around the property.
- Use designated areas for waste disposal.
- Follow safety instructions during outdoor activities.
- Avoid actions that could damage the surrounding environment.
12 Policy Violations
Amaya Stay reserves the right to take reasonable action if a guest seriously violates property rules, causes damage, creates a safety concern or significantly disturbs other guests.
